Can Hypnosis or Mind Persuasion Help Strengthen the Immune System?

Most people know that it is their immune system that ensures they are not sick all the time. It is the immune system that fights off an infection when we are sick. We help our immune system by eating better foods, and through medicine. But what if we could use hypnosis to give our immune system a helping hand?

Immune System

The immune system is the name that we give a part of our body that defends itself against agents that are looking to cause disease and destruction in our body. Think of your immune system as the defense guards who are ensuring that any infection does not have a lasting negative impact on the body.

How Immune System Works

The immune system works when all your cells in that part of the body are getting together and fighting whatever has entered your bloodstream and is threatening to cause you harm. Your body’s immune system cells can recognize when a threat has emerged, and they will do everything to fight it off. Your immune system cells will usually multiply when there is such an infection in your body to fight it off.

Impacting the Immune System

There is more than one way to influence the immune system positively. When we eat foods with the right vitamins and minerals, we are giving our immune system a boost. That is why a lot of people will eat oranges or drink orange juice when they feel a cold coming on as the vitamins in oranges will help you get better quicker. But what if we could impact our immune system through hypnosis and Mind Persuasion? It is similar to how you would give your body suggestions to relax and unwind, and stop being so stressed.

Research Proves the Theory

There is real medical research that shows hypnosis could have a positive impact on your immune system. A study was completed at Washington State University, and it showed that a group of people who were given hypnotic suggestions had an increase in the amount of protective cells in their body. The other group was given normal relaxing suggestions or none at all.

Use Hypnosis Yourself

When people think of hypnosis and it helping them in getting better, they assume that you need to go to a doctor or professional. It is not always the case. It is very possible to strengthen your immune system using audio hypnosis sessions. These recordings are done by pros who have a full understanding of how our mind and body works, and their plans can help your immune system get better in a significant way.

People who are constantly getting sick or who are battling an infection that will not go away, may want to try hypnosis to help their immune system. There are two options – getting hypnotized by a professional, or trying it at home. Both have their benefits, and at home hypnosis is much easier to try! It may help you in more ways than you think.
